<p>1 C vegetable oil</p>
<p>4 eggs, beaten</p>
<p>2 C pumpkin puree</p>
<p>3-1/2 C all purpose flour</p>
<p>2 teaspoons baking soda</p>
<p>2 teaspoons salt</p>
<p>1 teaspoon baking powder</p>
<p>1 teaspoon nutmeg</p>
<p>1 teaspoon ground allspice</p>
<p>1 teaspoon cinnamon</p>
<p>½ teaspoon ground cloves</p>
<p>2/3 C water</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Butter and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans and set aside.</p>
<p>Mix the sugar and oil.  Add the eggs and pumpkin and mix well.</p>
<p>Sift together the dry ingredients.  Add alternately to the batter with water.</p>
<p>Pour into prepared pans and bake for 1-1/2 hours or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.  Let cool in pans for 10 minutes then turn out and cool completely before slicing.</p>
<p>Serve on it’s own or with cream cheese.</p>
<p>Makes 2 loves.</p>
