<p>·       8 oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms</p>
<p>·       2 T butter</p>
<p>·       Pinch of coarse Greek sea salt</p>
<p>·       2 cloves garlic, minced</p>
<p>·       2 T  Sweet vermouth</p>
<p>Instructions</p>
<p>Clean and slice mushrooms.</p>
<p>Brown butter over medium-low heat until you smell the nuttiness and see the browning.</p>
<p>Add garlic until fragrant.</p>
<p>Add mushrooms and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.</p>
<p>Add vermouth and reduce to half.</p>
<p>Add pinch of sea salt, to taste.</p>
