Mushrooms with Brown Butter, Garlic & Sweet Vermouth
· 8 oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms
· 2 T butter
· Pinch of coarse Greek sea salt
· 2 cloves garlic, minced
· 2 T Sweet vermouth
Clean and slice mushrooms.
Brown butter over medium-low heat until you smell the nuttiness and see the browning.
Add garlic until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
Add vermouth and reduce to half.
Add pinch of sea salt, to taste.
